Workflows & automation
When a case is created or reaches a status, run the pipeline automatically. Each step can be off (a person does it), propose (automation does it, then stops for review), or auto (automation does it and continues). Serving a disclosure always requires a person.
Shortlisting — case-field mapping
Tie each selection criterion to the case data that feeds it. Where a criterion reads from the case, you can bind it to a system field or a named case custom field. Criteria scored from a neutral’s profile are shown read-only. These mappings apply firm-wide.
Disclosures
Configure the disclosure frameworks your firm issues. Enable a type, choose which clauses are included, edit the attested narrative wording, and set the prior/pending lookback window. The disclosure type for a case is chosen in the Workflows & automation step (or by the administrator when a case is handled manually).
Notifications
Choose which events notify whom, and over which channel. Email is sent from this app; In-app appears in the host app’s notification centre. Recipients for party-facing events are configurable. Email only sends once a Mailgun key is configured.
